TT沒有禁止任何IP地址，任何人都允許訪問。如果無法訪問請咨詢網路服務商。
*大陸網友請使用代理訪問
 
2.關於用戶不能正常登陸和退出的解決辦法
在Internet Explorer -> 工具 -> 網際網絡選項 -> 刪除Cookies
Firefox -> tools -> options -> privacy -> clear now -> Clear Private data now

然後重開瀏覽器
